Cathy N. Davidson

Cathy N. Davidson is a renowned scholar and the 2025 McGraw Prize recipient in Higher Education. A pioneer in technology and learning, she co-founded HASTAC and served as Senior Advisor to the Chancellor at CUNY. Appointed by President Obama to the National Council on the Humanities, she is the author of landmark books including The New Education and The New College Classroom. Her work explores the intersection of AI, cognition, and the future of institutional change.
